Most of the pelicans have moved south but there are still some visible just north of Brownsville on Lawrence lake and also some at the Overlook about 3 miles south of Brownsville. Mississippi River Cruises out of La Crosse runs boats in the backwaters in the summer but I don’t know if they are running now. Good luck.
